Secret tips to make money in paid surveys

So in the last post we talked about CLIXADDON, a very useful browser extension to stay up to date about new ads/surveys.

In this article i am going to talk about 3 secret tips no one usually tells you when earning money on www.clixsense.com , by surveys.

My main goal in this article is to tell you about how changing your profile a bit from the actual can help you get maximum number of online surveys(NOTE- these tips are specially for you my fellow Indian user).

When filling your information in the "Surveys profile" window , you will be asked 23 questions.You can answer them accordingly except for the "3 Golden Questions".These 3 questions will greatly determine if you will qualify for a survey(most of them in fact!) or not.They are:-

"In your household, do you make most of the daily purchasing decisions?"

"What is your annual household income before taxes?"

"Do you, or does anyone in your household, currently work in any of the following industries?"

Lets talk about the first question regarding "Primary Decision Maker" , you will get 3 options:-

• Yes
• No
• Shared Decisions

Here either type "Yes" or "Shared Decision", but NEVER choose "No", which indicates that you have no idea about recent purchasing trends.Each survey is conducted by a company and each survey costs them considerable amount of money depending on the scale of operation.Why would they waste money on non-decision makers? Think about it.Don't worry, Clixsense will not spam you with financial emails....

Now coming to the  "Income" section, remember, the person taking the survey is a "consumer" and the company is the service provider.

If you enter a low family income, it will indicate that your purchasing power is not up to the mark,Again this means that you are not the average purchaser of products and thus do not have much idea about latest market trends.Try to keep your annual income above

Rs 600,000 - Rs 699,999

Now the final and most important question is about you or your family members "Occupation".This is a TRICK QUESTION.Never enter a market related occupation, especially "Advertising" or "Market Research" or even "Account/Financing".The researcher will consider you as a biased consumer.

My advice, simply check

Other than that other less important tips are:-

• Never say no to a brand -because it shows you have a very narrow mindset.
• State you have children in your home, there are many surveys relating to that.
• State you have pets like cat/dog or even both.
• State few health conditions you have for health surveys.
• State your interested in buying a new vehicle.
